Five pockets shown. A0 sets the pitch; K0 is the depth that stacks up on every turn of the reel.
Same Tape, Different Reels
13″ and 15″ are the most common in production; 22″ suits high-volume runs.

Radial Build — why K0 matters
K0 dominates; W does not. Pocket depth K0 is inside the wound stack on every turn — it is usually the single biggest lever on reel capacity, and at the deep end it can cut a reel from thousands of parts to a few dozen. A0 sets the pocket pitch, and the pitch divides into the tape length. Tape width W only decides which reels can carry the tape.
Figures are engineering estimates from a geometric winding model. Final quantities depend on the confirmed pitch, hub, leader and site capability — an EPS Global engineer verifies every specification before production.
